The biggest software company in Northern China purchase 100000pcs RFID seal after a complaint
It’s really not RFID Cable tags’ fault!
In April 2015, we got an inquiry from a software company in Northern China. They required 20000pcs of RFID Cable Tag with M1 chip. As usual, we sent data file, pictures, characteristic together with price. At last, we said that if convenient for you, please kindly inform the application and environment for use.
However, we got nothing. A week past, client need samples for testing, still did not tell us the function. We sent samples as requested, and fully understand that the client does not want to disclose any trade information before everything confirmed.
In the following days, everything goes well, we got this order. But several months late, the client complained, said, your RFID cable tag is not durable.
‘Well! How do you use it?’
‘Using to manage water meter outside to collect the data.’

How cold the weather is in Northern China! That’s why we ask the application environment, not want to steal any information, just help our clients choose the right RFID tag according to our experience. But now problems come out, we should help to solve it.
At the same time here remind that RFID Cable tag made of plastic, cannot bear hostile environment, if need use outside, have to change the material.

We introduce this high-security seal to our clients in Europe and Dubai, people were very interested in and asked me to send price list and samples for testing. What’s more, some industry giant made a plan to develop some other market with this RFID Smart Seals. some clients even needed personalized crafts, such as laser serial number, make a list of the UID number for the chip in Excel. All that without question.
After a period of marketing and clients’ recommendation, many logistics company come to us. They said this is the tag what they look for a long time, perfect for the container management.
As before, their products always being exchanged without knowing when and where. And some drivers even transported other goods by their container without their permission. But now, from the start, just put on the high-security container seal, and check the e-seal whether is good in the destination, which can make sure the whole transportation is safety. What’s the most important thing is saving much of time? There is no need to open one by one to find out the right thing. If out of luck, have to open all container to pick up the things they wanted. After using the RFID container seal, effective improved 300%.
There is no place for the logo & QR Barcode on the RFID seal
Seeing that you may think our client in Northern China would be happy with our RFID Seal. Really happy at first.
Then they requested to print logo and serial QR barcode on one side of the seal.
Obviously, cannot use screen printing with the serial barcode. After tested many times with laser, barcode and logo cannot see clearly and scan.
It seems that there are no other ways but only to open a new mold which is larger than before one. After trial and fail, a new mold come out, 35*30mm, with logo & barcode, just perfect.
However, the road to happiness is strewn with setbacks. Laser barcode on the colored background cannot be scanned. The client had to change the red color to the white color. Finally, we make it! Samples with logo, serial QR barcode, and encoded request data, sent to the client for testing. At last, they confirmed 100000pcs.
From then on, that client treats us like the friend, no need we ask what’s the function and environment tags would be used, they would tell us the whole project plan. hoping we can give them some suggestions.
We made a joke, ‘Don’t you be afraid of disclosure your trade confidential?’
They said,‘no, no, no, if you do not give us some suggestion, we will lose more.’
We should thank for this twists and turns project. Now, we can give our clients with other types of RFID Seal, no matter you need a small one or the large one, all can match it.
